Hire us to be your entertainment during your wedding photos
Following your wedding ceremony, the photographer will spend 30-45 minutes taking group photos.
Your guests can enjoy coffee and drinks during that time and it doubles as a form of entertainment.
We often serve drinks in conjunction with the alcohol bar, so guests can add a liquor to their drink or those that don't drink (and kids) have a beverage option to enjoy as well.
Pricing
Coffee Bar $4+/pp
Includes:
* Setup/breakdown
* Coffee (regular, decaf, or both is an additional $0.25/pp)
* Choice between hot coffee, cold brew (additional $0.50/pp), or both (additional $0.75/pp)
* Add in espresso bar (additional $.50/pp)
* Table/Trailer set up/decor
* Cups/lids (12oz included in package, $.50 extra per person for 16 oz.)
* Stir sticks, sugar, milk (or requested substitute)
*Flavored syrup (choice of 3)
* Whipped cream
* Coffee bar rental is for 2 hours (each additional 30 min is $25)
I also make a fun bride and groom's drink based on your favorite flavored coffee and guests have so much fun trying them. You are welcome to provide stickers for us to put on cups and little gifts as well.
An example estimate for an event for 100 guests would be-
Baristas- $75/pp (1 for under 50, 2 for over 50)
40 regular drip coffee (12oz $4/cup)- $160
40 cold brew coffee (12oz $4.75/cup)-$190
20 cocoa/lemonade (12oz $3.25/cup)- $65
Totals= $490 (includes tax)
$75-$150 barista/rental fee which includes the time to set up and break down
Wedding gift idea
Gift your wedding guests a Wilmington themed coffee sleeve to put on their current cups and take home to use later. Our sleeves come in both blue and pink and are $8 per sleeve.
