Our Rental Packages
CORPORATE
Is your office building celebrating a 1-year or 50-year anniversary party? Hosting your annual budget review or wanting something fun to treat your employees? Rent the trailer and we will serve you premium coffee drinks (and more!) to get the excitement brewing.
WEDDINGS
What's a wedding reception without great coffee? We rent out our trailer for weddings, and we LOVE celebrating our customers and making memories with them! We can even feature a specialty drink just for the bride and groom.
PARTIES
You don't need to work somewhere cool or get married to have our trailer come to you. We can be rented out for graduation parties, baby showers, and everything in between. And we've got something for everyone with cider, chai, cocoa, lemonade, and tea options as well as our premium coffee.
Private Event Pricing
Event Plans, Pricing, and Details
You choose whether you'd like us to serve with the coffee trailer or pop-up style. We serve Maroon Monkey Coffee, a local roaster in downtown Wilmington, NC. Rental/Barista fee is $75 for 2 hours, $35 each additional hour.
Light Plan
For Small Events under 40
$275+
Rental/Barista fee is $75 for 2 hours of time each, additional hour is $35 (includes 1-2 baristas)
Choice of drip or cold brew coffee is served to guests. Syrups, sugar, milks (alternatives) cups/lids 12oz, and tax is included.
Waters can be included for $1 more.
Add on Mini Cakes $4/cake (Coffee cake, Banan, Apple, or Blueberry) requests for flavors can be made.
During winter a substitute for cold brew can be hot cocoa or hot tea.
For additional drinks or requests inquire about pricing.
Breakfast Plan
For Medium Events 40-60
$325+
Rental/Barista fee is $75 for 2 hours of time, each additional hour is $35 (includes 1-2 baristas)
Choice of drip or cold brew coffee is served to guests. Syrups, sugar, milks (alternatives) cups/lids 12oz, and tax is included.
Waters can be included for $1 more.

$250 is for 40 guests or $5 additional per guest.

French Roast Plan
For Large events 60+
$425+
Rental/Barista fee is $75 for 2 hours of time, each additional hour is $35 (includes 1-2 baristas)
Choice of drip or cold brew coffee is served to guests. Syrups, sugar, milks (alternatives) cups/lids 12oz, and tax is included.
Choice of sweet tea or lemonade can be offered. During Winter hot cocoa or hot tea. 1 drink per guest.
Waters can be included for $1 more.
Round of 1 refills is an additional $275

$350 is for 60 guests, price goes up $100 every 20 guests or $5 additional per guest.
